Oh there will be some mods all right
Forgot to post in here. Stage 1 with a topper. Squeaks aside it rides so much better than stock.

A little here... A little there...
Running level 3 on my RTX PACK. Updated Eibach Pro springs on the front. Truck drives amazing now even with all the weight. Only a fridge in the back along with 10 gallons of fuel at the time of this pic. This was right after install. Alignment done and everything has settled in nicely.

Yes, I am replying to myself, in hopes of keeping my question and data (if you want to call it that) together in hopes that is might help someone with the same question, since no one seemed to have my exact combo.

Starting point; with factory springs, I was sitting about 2" (guesstimating) off the factory bump stops. The truck was borderline unsafe at highway speeds, bottoming out over expansion joints, in a turn, was not fun. When removing the factory items, I could tell I was right, this thing was bottoming often- the otherwise dirty crusty springs were clean and shiny where it mated with the bump stops.

Finally got everything but the extended brake lines installed. Late night, buuuutt we didn't start 'til almost 8:00 PM. I went with stage 3, and so far it rides awesome! Once again, it rides like the small/medium sized truck I bought and wanted. It has a decent amount of rake, but that is what I wanted, for looks and functionality. This isn't my DD, most of the this truck's miles are spent hauling range gear for matches or hunting. So it has anywhere from about 150-250# of gear for matches, to 300-600# (and maybe more) for hunting gear and loaded coolers.
Are the measurements most are providing from center of hub to middle of the quarter panel/fender well? if so, I am at 24" on the passenger side.
Stupid me; I forgot to measure beforehand, but it was sagging bad.
I will post pics when I get to a more level parking space.

How much weight do you have in the picture? Also what has been done to the truck suspension wise other then stage 3 leafs?

#335, as mentioned, I quoted myself from earlier to tie info together.

New on the rear; Icon RTX stage 3, Bilstein 5160 rear shocks, Durobump 3.5" stops.

The front is all OE, with a 2" spacer. I will save up and do Bilstein 6112 fronts too.

Initially, I started with a 2/1" spacer kit, but after adding bed topper and Decked system, I was Carolina squattin'.

Thanks, I look back to find it but couldn't. Just wanted to compare the pictures to what I'm trying to do. Going to lift my 6112 I think to the 5th notch and put the stage 3 pack in for now. With a carrier bearing drop & sway bar drop kit. Should put me where I am looking to sit. Currently sitting just @ 21" in the rear and 22" in the front.

Stage 3 is pretty stout, I’d guess without the weight I added (and leave in) an empty bed would ride like a wooden wheeled wagon.

    Yeah.
The one I bought off a guy was used well under a lot of weight( Moab with 1200lbs) so Im guessing they are broken in pretty well. I am planing on getting a lot more gear with them installed hopefully. Don't have the gear I would like currently because I don't like how the truck handles with the weight. Leaving on a trip Thursday and I have around 600-800 lbs of gear in the truck. Mostly highway miles but I'm hitting bump stops on bridge crossings and getting in and out of gas stations. Not a safe handling truck at speed.

    oh yeah, 600-800 then stage 3 :D
Mine handles like a damn go-kart, very little body roll in the rear. I was worried it would be too stiff given the Bilsteins and the stage 3, but it's great, a little firm, but a good firm, not jarring.
I'm sure when I do the fronts, it will be even better, but I have back to back hunting trips this and next month, so my funny-money is already spent.

I’m going to see what the leafs do may have to lift the front more then I currently do but I should be at 2” if rake. Perfect for what I’m thinking hopefully.

Yeah definitely want rake if you’re going to actually load the truck! Good thing you got the right springs.
Look at some taller bump stops too while you’re in there. I like the duro u bolt kit and the bumps, since they’re not only taller, but have different densities, one to gently hit when loaded over bumps, then your actual hard stop to keep from hitting the frame. I still need to go in there an measure how far off the bumps I am.
Many suggest bags, but I don’t like the idea of constantly overloading springs and bouncing off bags.

Yep, I ordered the timbren Bumps but not the flip kit. The cause I'm finding from doing research on vibrations has to do with the u bolts and allowing flex in the vertical of the driveshaft and axel under power. I have the Old man emu CB drop as well. Im not doing anything crazy where clearance is an issue. Only thing it would be is the snow and at that point I'm already going to hit the axil.

Installing the leafs tomorrow. They will be installed as of right now at option three on a completely bare truck with no weight. Hopefully it doesn’t have an insane amount of rake but I’m pretty sure it’s going to. Going to see what it looks like and go from there. I decided to go with this option just due to wanting to do more in the future like a tent… I’m planning on running sand bags more for the traction in my climate than anything.

I’ll work on grabbing a few this week with the professional camera. (Don’t want to confuse anyone with bad photos) Grabbed these on the shake down drive.

It has some good rake but I haven’t put my bike rack and other gear that I will always have on the truck.

I’ll make a detailed post after I get some time with them as I’m not the typical stage three user.(not running near the weight)
Right now I’m 25” center of hub to fender.

Had you done this before me, I would’ve made my decision easier. I’m glad I went w stage 3, definitely want rake and less sag when loaded.

Yeah I’m glad I did as well.

Other things I’m going to do…..
I’m waiting for a carrier bearing spacer to show up. I did get a vibration around 15mph. I will also be doing extended break lines but I’ll leave that to the professionals. I may lift my front 1-2 notches on the 6112’s and remove the sway bar.

So far super happy with this setup. I’ll be testing it out next weekend for sure on the rough roads.

For what it's worth, installing the brake lines yourself isn't terribly complex but let me tell you it did suck just because of the angle you need to get at the upper connector for the hoses. Would be trivial if you use a frame lift.

All that said, I'm glad I did it myself because I know more about the brake system now. Of course, the brakes being a critical system definitely warrants having the pros do it. Just wanted to throw my experience out there.

Do you have any lift in the front? What's your front center of hub to fender measurement? I have new Icon springs in the garage but am trying to decide between stage 2 or 3 on my 2013.
