You can look back a page or two to see everything but I’m on 6112’s around 1.5” lift. Around 22” in the front measurement.

Yeah I will see talked to one shop that wanted $400. That’s definitely not happening. I’ll look I to doing it myself but for now stock break lines will work.

Just came across this post. Has anyone switched from All Pro standard leafs to these Icon RXT? My All Pro are suppose to offer 3” of lift but over two years they’ve begun to sag significantly. Any weight I add to my bed and they sag even more. My rear end on both passenger and driver side measure 22” from center of hub to bottom of fender. I’m pretty sure that’s like 1” over stock height. I just bought a set of RXT and I’m trying to decide between option 2 or 3. I plan to install them later this week. I have a steel bed rack, steel bumper and a full size 255/80r17 wheel in the factory location. I have full steel skid plates with steel sliders

Is there a way to tell which leaf is which in the RXT pack?
Can't remember which configuration I'm in and there doesn't seem to be anything in the instructions unless I'm blind.

The AAL that comes with the pack will be slightly thicker and shorter. The easy way is if you look at your installed pack you should be able to spot the 3rd leaf down from the top being thicker than the others around it.

So the softer spring should be the thicker and shorter one?

Option 3 all the way, I’m running it with no weight and love it. You will be happy with it!

That’s great! Happy to hear. I’m glad i decided on option 3. I spent a hour in my garage today installing the extra leaf.

Can you post pics of your truck. Curious to see what kind of height you have with no weight.

I don’t have a great pic at the moment and don’t want to confuse anyone but I’m around 25” fender to center of hub on my second gen. About as high as you can get without going through crazy hoops.

You’ll love the ride no matter what. makes it feel like an actual truck.
I’m running a decent amount of rake with only a 1.5” lift in the front but I like it. When I load up a few times a year it’s 600+ lbs for 1000-2000 miles so I’m excited to see how that goes this year.

Anyone got some hub to fender measurements on a 3rd gen on option 2 with about 200lbs in the bed? My garage is full at the moment and I need to get some measurements.

Negative. The heavier spring will be the shorter and thicker one.

Question for everyone. I bought Dobinson greasable pins for the front and rear eyelets. Will they make a difference? Looking inside the rubber bushing I’m not sure how the grease will push up into them as the metal sleeve looks to be solid from end to end and forged inside the rubber. Is there even a point to having these pins?

Use the $400 to buy the tools and do it yourself. Watch running4tacos video. I use the screw driver method to take out the rears. I also use a pair of knipex pliers to pull the tab. Also get a 10 flare nut wrench so you won’t strip it.

Cannot preface this enough buy GOOD flare wrench's, everything I read ahead of my swap said go get good flare wrenches cause if you go cheep you will have a bad time. I chalked it up to "yeah if your a full time mechanic that makes sense but doing these one time you can totes get away with cheap"

NOPE my brake lines were the worst part of the swap because my cheap wrenches immediately stripped both the nut and themselves to the point I had to use vice-grips to remove the stock lines. The rest of your tools you need to swap these can be harbor freight cheap but spend the money on good flare wrenches or rent/barrow someones who has good ones.

Just put these on - Stage 1. Wasn't a hard job, but I've done more vehicle suspensions and work than I can count so I have all the tools to make things easy.

RXT's really helped the ride. I was bottoming on my air bags and my load leaf (stock pack) so it was a really rough ride. Now I need to redial my shocks in.

So after about 3 months of going back and forth with Icon support (they reply to emails about every 24 days), and sending them videos of my noisy bushings - they have agreed to send me a replacement set of bushings.

BUT BUT BUT, I've also had a weird clunk that has sounded like the leaf packs moving around in between the "clamps". Well I got under the truck to spray these noisy bastards down with silicone and look at the 2nd leaf on my drivers side. Is that a typical amount of movement? Seems excessive, and if that leaf is "sliding" around I'm sure that's my clunk.

EDIT - First pic is passenger side where the leaf is nice and square. Second pic is the drivers side that is all out of whack.

They are absolutely horrible! The only reason I went w Icon is because @memario1214 at Hotshot Off-road is so good to work with. I emailed Icon over a month before I purchased from Hotshot, then randomly one day I get a reply, weeks after I’ve already decided, shipped, and installed (almost two months after email). They need good vendors, and might as well refer them to vendors, as they’re unable to help.

I have a custom set of Alcan's on their way. Should be here in 2 weeks. You tell them your lift, and then you scale your truck to find an exact weight, and they build them for you. Best leafs in the game, but pricey too.
