Icon RXT w/out AAL

Anyone know if Icon (or anywhere else) offers the RXT leafs without the AAL. I can’t seem to find anywhere that has the pack without them.


Long story short; I plan on getting the the RXT pack eventually and already have the AAL still in the box (from a previous build that never happened), but am trying to save few bucks if possible since I already have the AAL.

 

The AAL in the RXT leaf pack is specific to that leaf pack and is different than their 3 leaf AAL. Sell off the AAL you have since it won’t work with the RXT leaf pack.

 

To clarify, the RXT pack “with AAL” has a different AAL set than the AAL Icon sells on it’s own?

 

Yes, only the included AAL should be used with the RXT leaf pack. It’s how you set it to stage 1, 2 or 3.

Whatever AAL you have is not designed to work with the RXT pack, even if it is an Icon.

You’ll want the RXT AAL in case you change your set up. I had mine at stage 3 with a fiberglass topper, and am now at stage 1 after selling the topper. Might go to stage 2 if I need more capacity for summer camping trips.

It’s relatively easy to swap between the stages and it makes a huge difference in ride quality.
