im really close to pulling the trigger on Icon stage 2 with AAL. They are the same price from either from toytec (offers free shipping) or Headstrong (don't know if they do free shipping)

About 2k out the door for the kit

Do I need new UCAs right away? I want the Total Choas but its not 500 bucks I want to spend right at this moment. I could go another route with UCAs but would like to do that part at another time. I know keeping the stock UCAs isn't ideal configuration for articulation etc but will it work for a while without hurting anything? Like perhaps a few months?

I don't plan on lifting my truck any higher so this will be it.

    Thanks in advance

If it's a 'sale', you can buy the gear now, and wait on installation till you have the UCAs.

Tear down once, assemble once, using good bits. Ignore your instant gratification gene.

Not doing the UCAs will mean lousy alignment and eaten tires. Which likely cost more than the UCAs.

I'm not sure if your in a hurry to lift but I picked up a Icon stage 3 kit a few months ago with a 20% off promo (basically paid the same price as a stage 2 kit but got the UCA's). I'm sure there will be some promotions for the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays.

@MuddyUnders AutoAnything.com offers 20% off up until you attempt to add the promo code in the shopping cart. It seems the Icon kits are restricted from any promotions, but is advertised on their site being eligible. Error I guess. Chat support did offer me 10% and was told I could get reimbursed the difference say if the price drops even more in a few months. Just passing the info. I'm also looking for Labor Day deals for stage 4, but can't find anything close to 20% off.

Where did you find the 20% deal a few months ago? Was it AutoAnything.com? I read on another thread a few got lucky and others didn't. You got a great deal!

You will be fine.it's not ideal but lots of people do this. You are just going to have to get 2 alignments. 1 after you install the suspension and 1 after you install the uca. Just watch your tread ware.

Just an update. I managed to get 15% off Stage 4 @ AutoAnything.com. It pays more than half the tax being a Cali resident. It's not 20%, but still a great deal. Folks who got the 20% were absolutely lucky.

Are they selling them by the kit or just by the shock? I dont see the full kit anywhere on the site. Just the ability to purchase either the 2.0 with or without external rez.

    ah I see.

I had my search settings set to 2017 (my truck) but when I changed it to 2016 everything appeared. Seems they havent sorted next year model stuff.

WTF none of their discount codes are working...even the one that is sitting on the product page...

I will give them a call tomorrow and complain. If I can get the 15 or 20 perc off I can get the stage 3s and be done with it :)

Thanks for the tips gent, much appreciated

Use the chat option and ask for the 15%. Add the items in your cart first so they can provide the discount offer.
