I got my icon stage 4 kit installed last week and a few days ago I get this squeak coming out of my front driver side. I searched the forum and some say front body mount, some say ball joint... and some say bushings. I uploaded a video to see if anyone had this similar noise? Maybe hopefully it can narrow it down. Thanks for y’alls time!

It’s your uca. Apply Teflon lube on the ball joint

Did you install it yourself or have it done? Installed mine a couple weeks ago and haven't had any issues. I greased the bushings (liberally) as the instructions said but the Delta Joint should have come pre-greased and only requires grease every 3,000 miles

A local shop that does Tacomas daily did it out here. If I can fix it myself I will, if not I’ll call the shop.

If the delta joint doesn't do it try the bushings. But loosen the bolt before you start pumping grease or it will blow out your bushings

LOL. It sounds like the bushings need lube to me. I know this because I've been lazy about lubing mine and they sound exactly like this right now. Did you manually lube them up real good before installing the UCA? My guess is probably not... I don't think it's the ball joint. But you can get some dry lube spray (ptfe) for that, too, just in case.

Here's a question for the crowd: I know you need to loosen the UCA bolt before pumping the grease... But can I do that without the truck jacked up? All the other times, I've been doing something and already had the truck on stands so it wasn't an issue.

Looks like I can use a grease gun with a needle to lube the three spots

K thanks! Called icon earlier today and they said they use Moly-Fortified grease for both the bushing and delta joint. So I pick up some valvoline
