So I want to put new suspension on my trd offroad 2017. I like the price of the icon better than fox or kings.. I want the 2.75” - 3” lift...

Is there anything else I would need to do to get full hight out of the lift...

I want to be able to fit 33 inch tires and have them a bit wider than stock... no rubbing preferred...

Any thoughts on what route I should take..??

    Any suggestings are welcome.
    Thanks.

I just went with a Stage 4 over Black Friday. Can't wait until it's delivered!

What’s more important to you? Height or performance?
I ask because if height is your main focus, then there are much cheaper ways of gaining lift height that doesn’t involve top tier coilovers. If you buy any of those options and crank down the preload to gain the heigh you desire, you’re limiting the down travel and will make it ride a lot stiffer too on top of alignment/geometry issues.

Your profile pic is awesome. Love that movie

To your point. I have 1” preload setting my ADS at 2” lift, but they ride so cush with the extended travel. Even with the preload my coils are still 12”

Yeah it’s definitely doable but I’ve heard that anything over 2 inches is where is starts ride really stiff at least with Icon anyway. Most dudes who run that setup with that amount of lift recommend going to 700 coils.
I run Icons all all 4 corners but I have the front set at 1 inch of lift so has the same lift as a Pro to help with the ride and to keep my geometry as close to OEM as possible.

I would lean more towards performance over height... and thanks for the input guys...

Don’t let what I said scare you into not going with what you want. Just understand that the more height you go, the more compromises must be made. There are WAAAAY more experienced dudes on this forum and you can find pretty much all the answers you could ever want in the “suspension” subforum.

Check out CST suspension. These coilovers should be available pretty soon
