ICON ExtendedTravel Coilovers with Camburg UCA, HID conversion kit.
Anyone out there running the ICON Extended Travel with RR coil-overs with aftermarket UCA, please tell me how you like it and what you don't like about that set up. If you have pics they would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at this set up for my '13 Taco.

    All feedback would be appriciated.

Stainless exhaust, 16" TRD wheels, 285x75x16 MTR Kevlars, Icon Stage IV, Icon Secondary shock hoop with adjustable remote reservoir bypass shocks, ATO shackle flip kit, AP U-bolt flip, AP Skids (IFS, transmission, T-case, diff cover)
I installed the stage 4 set up in my '11 DCSB and really like it (though I did go a couple steps beyond by adding a secondary shock up front, installing their hydraulic air bump stops, and installing an ATO shackle flip). You will be making a commitment with this set up money-wise as the stage 4 kit is around $3400. The install was a little time consuming and ultimately I'm probably going to have to upgrade to better leaf springs. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you go this route.

Stage 4 Icons here with the adjustable fronts. I like this set up but have not had a chance to go off road yet. Just for the record, one of the rear shocks leaked right away. Icon wanted me to take it off and send it to them for repair. Fortunately, I bought them from TRDParts4U and they sent me a new one over night. I put the defective one back in their package and sent back to TRDParts4U. They said they would deal with Icon. I am getting ready to order a custom spring pack from Alcan to replace the OEM springs with the AAL that Icon sent. The truck rides fine as is but can not handle much of a load or my 3800# travel trailer.

There is a thread here that shows the installation of an Icon stage 4.

I just ordered the extended travel C/O's, RR 2.0's, and boxed UCA's; I spent about six months researching and picking the brains of a lot of the off road/suspension gurus on this forums to find the best suspension for my needs and wants, and not only does the valving and dampening characteristics of the Icons fit my needs, I haven't heard anything in the way of a serious complaint.

Just make sure that your rear suspension is adequately built for what you need. It's going to be a sad day when you load something on the back and the ass-end drags like a low rider.

I like mine as well. I only upgraded my front's to Icon's (extended travel without reservoir) and tubular UCA's. I upgraded from Bilstein 5100's set at 1.75 with the factory Off-road springs. It is firmer and I feel the road more, which is what I prefer. Truck handles much better when driving over cross gutters, speed bumps, and fast turns. I haven't had a chance to take them off road yet. Rear's are Bilstein 5100's still. I doubt I will replace those anytime soon.

Just curious what your c/o are set at? What size tires ? And any rubbing/trimming. I've managed to convince myself to spend the extra money on the icons

Hey! Just thought I would throw this out here. Sence you convinced yourself to spend the extra money on icons I saw yesterday most places are selling icon lift kits 20% off for Black Friday. Thought that might help you out! Here is a link to one of the adds I saw.

The Black Friday deal is ridiculous! :D
If you're not hard core with the high speed desert wheeling......the stage 2 kit non-resi with tubular UCA's is more than enough! No need to break the bank.
