I had the cap covers on my 4R and they don't stay on very well. Lost one on the highway even with the heavy duty double-sided tape.

Mine have stayed on fine. I gave every surface a heavy isopropyl bath, and put dry lube on the uniball before I put them on.

Lots of washboard fireroad driving in the meantime, and they're still there! (knock on wood)

question for ya'll with the Icon tubular UCAs...did you guys pump some grease into the zerks after installing them? I just received my set and wasn't sure if Icon recommends this or not (I know Total Chaos recommends you grease the bushings after installation and prior to use).

    Honeycomb composite sleeper platform.
Discount is variable depending upon how many total kits / parts are in the group buy. Can be 10-20% off. If we can get commitments then we could move forward.

I am in the market, but if its only 10 % I would prefer to purchase locally for service or other issues. I know that is vague but im one foot in the door

I did the same. More to prevent making a huge mess while installing. Did a light greasing during install. Then added a tiny bit more after install. Did not take much after install.

I was just gonna throw the dust caps on without dry lube and run as is...I thought the uniball is fine as is from factory and doesn't need any dry lube?
