    Far to much money spent.
there is no reason to remove the abs lines the plate with the cut side in fits perfectly fine without removing that line. but to each is own :)

It's way easier to get the back two nuts off on each side if you open the hood and go from the top with a long extension. Take the front two off with an open end wrench from the wheel well and the back two off with a 12" extension and socket from under the hood. I did not remove the ABS lines.

It was just easier to access the rear nuts and less possibility of pinching the ABS wire if I removed the ABS wire brackets from the strut tower. One of my ABS wire brackets was positioned in a way that it was impossible to get the Icon top plate over the studs.

came off simple with ratchet box wrench, once plate was on needed sockets as the box wrench no longer fit properly. went on easy not even close to pinching the abs line

Void the warranty if something breaks even with those installed I wouldn’t do that with the very few failures we heard of so far

There is no way you void your warranty with a bolt on plate.

You absolutely will…any kind of suspension problems you can guarantee they’ll blame it on that

Would love to see it. It changes nothing to the truck whatsoever.

Sorry if you mention in the video but how much front end lift did it add?

He’s right. It adds no lift.

This option will add a minimal amount of lift since it needs to be installed in between the strut and top hat.

Exactly. This forum is a small representation of all Tacoma's but at least the most passionate. 3 total or at a 2% failure rate and one was the actual suspension company benefitting from the "failure". You can bet by adding these and something else then in the suspension fails (which it could since no one here is probably a suspension engineer and this COULD cause a different failure) the dealer and Toyota will leave you on the island. Why not wait for it to fail if it really is going to fail. Not like it will leave you stranded, you can still drive it.
