I just don't understand what would make a UCA like TC or Camburg fit all 3 but not Icon. It seems like they would all fit or none would.

Link for the Icon ones you're looking at? Are you sure the $658 is CAD?

Any product in the world will have a certain tolerance of application. The tolerance in TC and Camburg products may very well be larger than in Icon, allowing for a fit across a wider array of platforms.

The materials, welds, and other physical items may result in different stress tolerances.

The specific designs may be different by fractions of a degree, allowing for different alignment possibilities or restrictions.

Or ICON may just want to make your life harder.

The taper in the knuckle (where the ball joint goes) is different between the two.

Ended up getting them for 478.98 with tax (Canadian funds) and taper pins were 114 with tax from the local shop. Fairly good deal I think since they list for around 970
