Icon 2.5 ext travel street valve, Icon 2.0 resi, rebuilt leaf springs, built right UCA's, single stage ppg Orange paint.
I’ll be doing the same here shortly. But will be revalving for more of a street use valving.
For those that have the icon shocks in the rear for the 1st gen tacoma, there’s a revision on the shocks, not sure what it is yet...

How much oil did you use for two 2.5’s?

The revision is lame... there’s no more left or right rear shock.
How you rebuilt rear icon 2.0 w/ resi??

With resi rebuilds are much easier. Bottom out IFP in the resi to the hose end of the resi and then reassemble as normal.

Good write up although a few things to take note. Try to be much cleaner when reassembling. Clean all parts thoroughly and internal of shock body. Secondly never tighten the shock parts on a steel jaws of a vise it always scratches them badly. Must use aluminum soft jaws or plastic jaws. And or for many at home a really thick glove or similar. Also don't tighten the dust cap set screw till after the shock is charged. In your photo the seal head is not fully seated up with the dust cap. Once the shock is charged the seal head will rise up and leave a gap in between the dust cap and seal head. When properly done the dust cap will be flush with the seal head , in your photo the seal head is a tad lower than the dust cap.

I’m talking with ORW temecula about revalving the low speed compression. ORW sells an Icon low speed stack. I’ll share more when I learn more.

Keep me up to date on what you find out. I don't have any extra weight on my truck and the icons I bought have king 14x650 coils on them. I am going to go down to a king 14x600 or eibach's 14x600 and softer valving.

I've got 14"x600# king springs in a box if you need.

Joking, they're good. They were only on the truck a few months before being swapped out for 700# springs
