Holy cow, is that a Kaiser Henry J?!
Never would have thought to hot rod one of those...

Edit- Did you know that the Henry J's had a higher-than-average roofline because the designer (Henry J) always wore a hat?

I'm on my phone and only have a pic of when him and his bud stopped by in different rigs , no pics of the 64

His 64 is a ground up numbers matching restoration

No kidding? Around here it seems like they're mostly old Chevy II's or late-70's Camaros.

Those are some purty cars, Ozymandius.

Damn you PNW folks for your lack of rust!!
That's one thing that has tempted me to move west; every time I've visited out there I've sprained my neck eyeballing old Detroit iron sitting under trees with just a coat of dirt instead of pounds of rust.

I think you could have ordered one from Sears IIRC.

Doesn't surprise me, I guess. If you can buy a house through Sears, what's a car?!

Well I would hope so, now that they're restored.
But I meant cars that haven't been driven in years that aren't rusted away to nothing. Around here if you park a car in the back yard it's already been salt-eaten to the point of not taking a sticker, and once the rust has started it doesn't stop.
But in the PNW I saw all kinds that had been in the same place for 30+ years that were still as solid as can be. Especially on the Eastern slope of the mountains.

It ain't just that far NW.

I moved to OKC last fall, and there's classic hotrods fucking EVERYwhere out here. I live in a bottom-middle neighborhood next to an Air Force base...lots of white trash...and there's a classic on almost every block or two

True. I saw them EVERYWHERE when I was in Vegas.

But I live in the Rust Belt of the Northeast, so whenever I travel out of my 'area' I'm always amazed at how many old cars I see. And am jealous, haha!
