Are you a mec e. student At u of I? My dad was a civil prof there for 17 years and served at the interm department head for a year.

When I still lived there I use to be there 4 nights a week getting shitfaced on Smirnoff 100. We went there hoo much that we had our own bottle set aside for us.... you should ask the gf if she knows if a big hary guy named bob who was the bouncer is still there... my friend Vladimir Borek and I (Andy Finnie). Talked to him a lot... he still should be there...I think he's the manager now.

 

They are smokeless now....at least in Moscow and Boise.

Yeah non smoke free bars suck... A couple hours in one and you wake up the next morning and your whole house smells like smoke because of how much of it your clothes absorbed while you were at the bars.


Also if Monte doesn't want that camera, I think I will take it. Would make a nice bday present for the wife. She is sick of her samsung... How many MP is the camera? and how usable would it be for someone that doesn't know shit about cameras like me, or that won't care too terribly much about playing with the setting. I mostly want it for the ability to take pics faster. Her samsung has to wait to focus and it can take up to 30 seconds to take a pic.

 

I said if you don't want it. haha. I'm not in desperate need for a camera, but it would be nice to have it.

I have a 30d.. there is a learning curve but it's not too bad. I got a little book on my 30d that helped. I can not remember the nsame of it but it helped me learn functions and such.

I too like the farm house guys.... I'll amend that last statement about frat boys....I hung out with the tke guys a lot... geeky frat boys are fun to hang with.
