Gadget sends the Ucon pre mapped for the mods you have installed. Then the learning feature takes over. I saw the snout cutter but I don't think I would do that until the truck comes out of warrentee.

 

you can tune it on the fly yes. But we probably wont too much unless we have serious fuel issues. Which we wont beable to fix till he gets the 7th injector kit anyways.

I have a feeling that we will be tweaking just a bit due to elevation and fuel stuff. But not much as its learns by itself.

lol well..considering i think we are the first to actually put the URD TCAI on the TRD SC..im going to guess no haha but it should learn it itself so we shall see how much tune we have to do ourselves. Probably not a ton though.

and as my dad said he didn't want to cut the shaft.....yet..

got an email today saying its no longer beta and is offical now

So on Thursday 2 weeks ago nathan at cbi told me my bumper was supposed to be done Tuesday last week, 2 days later on the 31st I asked if it was done and got this response.


Your bumper has not shipped yet. There are still a few parts that need bent up before it can ship. Should be real soon. Once it ships you will get your tracking number by email.

It is now a week later and still no email. I sent another email asking if its done today. Am I being to impatient or pushy or out of line?

ya thats what i was thinking. If he was actually building it im sure the time table would be much more open ended, but he says its going to be done in a week, a week later not done, so i ask and he says real soon...a week later again and still no e mail. TO ME "real soon" is a couple days, not a week.

I realize it comes with the territory but i dont like the "oh, i said it would be done by this date but its not done yet, just sit around and wait for it to be finished" and update would be nice.
