Busting out statics as we speak..and by busting out I meant sitting on here lol

 

Fluid dynamics... What fun lol!!! I am sitting at work doing nothing so yep I am kinda lurking lol

im at a radio station guys!...waiting for the on sight broadcaster to call in..he is 7 minutes late!

 

was 30 mins late

game had started by the time we started the broadcast..sheesh..

 

I am finished with school but just have generals left. Kinda slacking off on getting those done. Market kinda sucks for electrical techs right now.

 

so a classmate of mine is a new mother

she went to my father because her son had a heat rash

but stormed out of the office because teh googlez diagnosis was something different than a simple "heat rash"

so she went to the ER later that night

...

when my dad was the on-call. he's also head of the pediatric department there

tells her the same thing

she gets mad

rants to me on facebook, threatens to leave our practice



"Good. If you fucking trust google rather than a pediatrician with 30 years of experience then you should see someone else. Come back to me if ____ gives you a different diagnosis"

now the popcorn game begins

 

people are stupid

 

but what did I expect from someone who had a kid because she "felt it was the right time"

at 19
when she's never had a job before
and the dad works at a gas station.

 

it's amazing how much the internet has fucked us up

people go to webMD, get convinced their kid has cancer/the plague, and if a doctor disagrees they get pissed

just like people posting up stupid threads on here, and if people disagree with them they get butthurt...

 

everyone wants to be right i guess..

But yea..there are some things that you have to draw the line at..the internet is great..but dosen't make you an expert after reading an article or two..

once I was filling in for our receptionist, this hippy couple came in talked about how we were evil and they found an "online" source for "home remedies" that are "1500% more effective" than "pills and vaccines"

I feel sorry for their kids. The fact that they were able to reproduce exposes a large, gaping hole in our whole "free country" thing

 

exactly like that.

 

My wrestling coach used to talk about the DNR brand...he was a social teacher..

Do Not Reproduce lol He was like, you have to pass a test, and if at anything you do something that is just plain stupid or degrading before your like 19..you get the DNR stamp hahahahahaha

 

I would back that 100%

like the do not resuscitate thing,instead of letting someone pass, a midget flies through the nearest window and punches the "DNR" in the genitalia right before sex
