Idaho BS thread in the PNW

Just got finger prints done. Now to apply for my Arizona CWP. My wife is in getting hers done too.

 

why Arizona if your from ID or your in AZ via military?

Sweet! How long are you going to be in Idaho city? I haven't done much off roading up there, but been there plenty. As far as shooting, there is this place we park to unload dirt bikes and shoot off from. It's all state land so you should be able to shoot no problem. There are people that shoot in the pain parking lot all the time. Then from the main couple lots there tons of Forrest service roads you can drive off of and go up higher and explore and find more places to shoot that are more private. Only thing is there is still plenty of snow, so you cant go up all the way to the top of the mtn, which is a fucking amazing view. But regardless there are plenty of spaces to shoot into the side of the hill. The parking lot is where the sledding hill is, You get to it by driving through Idaho city and I want to say its the first right past the skate park that leads you off into a dirt road and after a couple hundred yards you go over a narrow bridge over a creek and you are on the main Forrest service road and can go to the different parking lots and play areas.

If I remember right its becuse it's a whole lot easier to get an Arizona one if you are in the military, and it's valid in more states than idaho

Arizona covers more states than ID. I'm going to get my Utah too but that requires me to have my my resident state first so I will get ID soon too. If I ever make it to Oregon I will try to get theirs too and I will be covered in all of Idaho's neighboring states.

You have to take a course to get AZ's. You can just walk in and apply for ID's though.

 

All you need to have done is taking like hunters safety, or a class they offer. At least thats how it was up here in MT.

 

Its been tuned and shit so it went like a hot damn. I could pick up the front easily in 1st gear. Also im not fat.

 

You are a grown adult on a not so big bike. Weather or not you're fat it is still a small bike haha

 

I'll read the specifics on it when I get home to the paperwork I have. But I know you just walk in to the courthouse fill out the paperwork, get fingerprinted, and then wait for it to process. As for what all goes on with the paperwork I'm not positive. An interview maybe to make sure you are mentally sound.

I know in Oregon they don't have to issue out of state guys the permit and so he told us to make sure we go to a pro-guns county. Can't remember which one it was he told us now. Haha. With all the gun BS some sheriff's are approving all applications and some are declining all applications.

Damn impressive lisa I didnt think anyone would recognize that the left side I found 2 days ago but ya I matched it up today, the other side was close to a mile away!

Also, thats my uncles house and I have never noticed that LOL!
