    I bought walmart and Lowe's out of the rustoleum self etching primer, then found a whole shit load at Home Depot. I was lookin at the front earlier and I think I will have to colormatch the front skid as well.

    also monte, the gym is definitely addicting haha. Every day i get a little thought that pops into my head, "i think I should go to the gym today, hope I have time!"

    I just wish results came a lot faster (don't we all), I knew if I was doing everything right, and I could work out longer. After so many sets you just can't lift any more, wish I could squeeze in one or two more.

    I have seen pretty good results in the last 4 weeks I have been going consistently. A small bit in size, kinda noticeable when I flex, but more so the increased amount of weight I am lifting. Moderately pleased with the increased weight since I started.

    What kind of results from cross fit? Only problem is the BSU gym is free lol! I dont have the money to pay for a gym membership, I don't think. How the hell does a cross fit gym even work lol, to a noob haha. Is there like different set workouts you can follow so you dont wander around aimlessly throwing around tires?

    You can look up lots and lots of different workouts. There is also strength and skill work involved too. If you can find someone to help you it would be better.

    Crossfit will slim you down a lot and and muscle bulk too. But not like huge bony builder status. Bit not small either. Very useable muscle.
