    I won't run more then 4-6psi bro.

So i guess ill have to buy a new waste gate..but thats not to bad.

but i don't want to blow up the motor haha so i won't go any higher then a SC really..maybe up to 8 if I'm comfortable with it..but don't worry man. I know all about blowing up the motor stuff haha

rebuilding a supra was handy for that at least  ha

Actually if you match a turbo correctly, you don't have that problem.

Everyone says that, but with a smaller turbo and a tight A/R ratio, you can have boost just as fast as a SC. But Turbos are more efficient and have greater power potential so its always worth going turbo.

Its a large mis conception that boost doesn't happen till 4k or something. But that only happens to cars with like 72mm turbos and a 1.01 A/R cause they are dyno queens.

with a turbo like 44-67mm and a A/R of .68 or smaller, you'll get boost FAST!

mine i sa 67 and a .58 A/R so ill probably have boost at 1200-1400 and full boost of 5psi at 2k easy.

    What??

    haha sure man.

and yes, same gears, and same motor, but due to the taller tires, i travel more distance per rpm..like when my speedo says 65..im actually going 69..so really..id have a higher top speed..not that top speed matters..haha

found a sweet thread on a guy who did his own homemade rear mount turbo..works great..and was cheap..maybe ill go this route..

Would be easy to fab up something like that tho. Plus lines would run up in the frame and be steel braided.
