That's what crossfit is about. Functional strength. Big is the wrong word for it...you will just fill out better.

Not gonna get mongo huge. But you will build more muscle and very very fit and strong.

 

Yeah. Alive. And so freakin tired. Work everyday with overtime. I just wanna find some beach somewhere....... Ahhhh...... Instead I'm at work. Guess tw is an awesome pass time for a borin job!

And sure..why not.

Just look up a crossfit gym locally. Some can be..odd..but most are very welcoming and happy to help and excited to have people there all busting ass to get healthy.

Just saying. If you find a good gym with good people it become social too. And then you'll feel more obligated to keep going.

Oh...and crossfit girls..HOT!

Bunch of wanna be and stuck up not single college girls and athletes. Stupid. And bros that only care about bench press.

Crossfit people..some of the best I've ever met.

 

Also one of the cool things about crossfit. Changes..everyday. Love it.

But whatever.

Lisa: nice pictures of the truck! You're making me itchy to get out and take some shots of my truck! Lately, I've only been shooting pictures of tipi poles.

Still mad/irritated/etc about the wildland firefighters. It's like watching a movie and watching evil triumph. Hits close to home. Flags at half mast and black bands at work tomorrow.

 

Monte: think I'll be fine on Leg 1 of the Epic without sliders or upgraded armor? Kinda worried about it, but I'm in no shape to get sliders right now.

 

I think I would like cross fit, hard ass work for sure.

However i watched some douche bag kids from hs go get into cross fit...and and become even bigger douches. have no desire haha.

alsl with it being a million degrees even at 1am running has all but ceased for me, I was doing really well before moab. then i just started working a ton and never found time to hit the gym again. im starting to get back to the basics, sit ups and push ups and basic dumb bell lifts but time is hard to come by.

 

yes. i havent even been there and i know. it's not a big deal, i don't think you even need to worry. there mght be a couple spots where someone watches you from in front in case you run into that odd boulder but this is not a rock crawl trail.

 

my 2.7 cant haul that much weight
