    Im sure Monte will chime in but cardio is great and all but it limits the amount of muscle you can build. Too much cardio will actually eat the muscle your trying to build. As you work out, you body gets hungry and eats the fat. Once the fat is all gone it will start eating the muscle. Thats why most body builders dont do cardio.

    Yep. Very true. Also why runners are so damn skinny.

    Why crossfit is a great blend. Builds great muscle. Keeps your lungs strong so you can still go forever.

    Ya crossfit is a good mix. More of a strength training workout. Builds your endurance. Good for athletes

    Nothing wrong with it. Just make sure you eat a LOT. Especially after the workout. Get some protein powder and make a shake for right after the workout. Thats the key. Feed your muscles while they are hungry. If you watch what you eat and choose foods with lots of protein, you will notice your weight and size go up. Its a great feeling to see your body go through changes!

    Lol you shouldn't rely on supplements to make up for bulking..that's stupid.

    I don't take any and still building muscle like crazy and such. I don't believe in most of them. You become to reliant on them.

    Eating food is important. Just make sure it's the right food.

    We only advise using them for meal replacements. Like in a fruit smoothie or something. Never as an addition to a good healthy diet.

    I disagree. Supplements are very helpful to add the extra fuel for you building.

    I agree that you shouldnt rely on them though.

    After workouts, your muscles need food to repair. Protein shakes are designed to be quickly absorbed by your body thus feeding your starving muscles. I take a shake after every workout. Some people take it three times a day and i think thats just a waste of money.

    Even after a workout I don't think is that good for you.

    Every person I see tap hat does them is never super cut. I'm very lean but big too. But all those guys aren't lean. But bigger. Yet I'm still stronger. They don't have hardly any veins and I have too many sometimes I think..

    Idk..I don't like em. I think they are over used a lot. Hence why we say just a meal replacement.
