    Ya you probly dont need them like some people do. Your already a pretty big guy so they wouldnt do much for you. Smaller guys like me and Ben can really benefit from them especially after workouts. They say in order to build muscle you should eat twice your body weight in protein.

    You only need 50-70 grams a day. Your body can't process much more then that.

    Yup look it up. Everyone ive talked to and read say you need twice your bodyweight in protein to build lots of muscle. Otherwise youll just stay at your same weight.

    Im not Ben small... but im about 5' 9" 165lbs

    Thats bullshit man.

    I gain 10lbs of muscle in 2 months doing crossfit and a good diet. Then the cardio of crossfit keeps your weight down and leveling with the cardio mixed in..yet you get stronger still. Love it.

    I'm about 195 now..last I was on a scale before I left. I've lost a ton of muscle tho :pout: I'm probably back to 190-185
