i replied in live, but that storm dumped hell on us for like 20 minutes, nothing near what you got! I dont think ive ever seen rain like that ever, and it was just 4 hours away across the desert and you get flodding haha!

 

Yeah, like I said earlier, I haven't ever seen rain like that in my life. I've seen it rain that hard before but it usually only last 5-10 minutes. This lasted almost 5 hours!!

 

East coast gets that kind of rain monthly!

I miss storms like that, nonstop for the whole day.

The cops only blocked off one side of 2nd and I ended up on it coming from the non blocked side. I'll just say this, I'm glad I was in my taco and not my car. haha I just wish I had a good snorkel and i may have laid down some rubber. I just took it easy enough to make a wake that splashed out away from the vehicle and not over the hood.

I mean if ou really think about it it makes sense. I have bigger tires that weigh more with stock 4.10 gears. So my truck already has to work harder to turn the tires. Throw on 1000lb more of weight and it has to work even hard. So I bet if we were really paying attention my rpms where lower due to it be bogged down.
