Juke R is a badass car. Nissan is definitely making progress in the import car scene as of late where honda and mitsubishi have been lack luster at best.

As far as GTR's go. r32 or bust. Next year they will be legal to import, and a year after that, I will own one.

Haha, I have seen multiple True GTR's in canada for right around 10k. If I can't afford a 10k car in the next 2 years something is wrong.

 

If you plan on staying in school an not working 40 hours a week then good luck to you! Or of course you can live with yor parents for the next 4 years. Car payment or rent payment. About the same

 

I fully plan on living at home through school.

You can import almost any car into the US but your going to pay almost 25,000 on top for EPA, NHTSA, tax, etc. it is a bitch and a half and if it doesn't meet up with EPA standards then you have to pay a "gas guzzler" charge that can be up to 8500 dollars. Looked in this a whole back. Just not worth it.

Not after 2014, the car becomes old enough to not need emissions in most states. And it already passes the US smog, it does not however pass US Safety laws which is why it was illegal for so long. Now the laws are allowing a car that is X years old to be exempt from it.

But people don't take driving very seriously at all..period. No one really considers the fact they are deciding the trajectory of a 1.5ton missile on the road.

They just take it all for granted. Driving down here i can't tell you how many idiots my dad and i passed on their phones..at 80mph on the interstate..w..t..f..

so what happened to it? No one has it hardly anymore. Always trying to blame the other guy..

 

here in canuckistan all the provinces have laws against cellphone use and driving, must be 100% hands free now
