Im looking at it more as an incentive to try and make people stop. As im sure you have noticed how much it has been brought up on everything. Commercials and radio ads and signs and such. Its like smoking when we were in elementary school.

 

Again..im sure its just incentive..will be interesting to see how much they use it and how people fight it in court.

Should sue the maker of the bag of rice for making the bag too heavy. Everyone knows anything over a 1 pound bag of rice should be heavily regulated and require a background check and 3 forms of ID to purchase. Who even needs 2 pound bags of rice? That should be only for military use, and has no place in the civilian world. Think of the children, why of they find it and play with it, might land on them and crush them. Kids in the hood might throw it at someone and kill them.we don't need that in our society.
