    federal has become the biggest waste ever.. their paychecks havent stopped.

    Who do you work for? My paychecks stopped. I have been working for you for free for 15 days keeping a doppler radar built in 1988 that's hooked up to a massive network of old school computers predicting the future running. With no parts. I've been using copious amounts of bubblegum and zip ties. I might even get backpay for my work. Operative word is might.
