I have my Avid Hybrid front bumper. I am going for a different look. Love my bumper but I really like the Pbilt 3 hoop. It will match where I am going better.

 

Most of your trip is through WY and I'm not familiar with it really so I'm no help...

yea pretty much just leave it unloaded and you can have it stored away. Or loaded or unloaded in plain sight(gun racks).

Definietly keep an eye on ALL of the roads your hitting. Shit can get bad over there fast. I80 is notorious for high winds and Ice. 191 can get snowed in too and id think 89/26 too.

so in short..just don't go so much during a storm..haha other then that you'll be fine.

 

cool...not that i expect to get in trouble with the law, but better to know before hand..

didn't think much about the storm until this morning when they started forecasting snow here in the front range...got me thinking i'll be seeing it most the trip north thursday night..

the route through Montpelier doesn't add too much to the trip and seems like it may be better if things get dicey

first thing I though was they look very similar to batman's sliders. But of course his arent boxed in, which on those to me seems unnecessary. Just straight tube sliders are an easy, tried and true design. I dont see the point to be honest.


however it is nice to se innovation and new designs come out. So props to that guy.

I think they are made out of 1/8" sheetmetal and will wad up like a lawn chair under a fat chick the first time you pivot off them.

 

Those gog sliders are flipping cheaply built just looking at them. Frankly. I am fuckinpissed. But oh well. Tried to replicate a good thing and fell way short of the mark.
