yup it's fucking sharp i'll agree with that!

backed out on some options brady went on mainly because i was worried about my tires...if i had my mtrs it would have been a bit more comforting, but me and marc were tip toeing through there with our duratracs!

looks identical, but a lot older. the newer the flow, the less weathered, and the sharper it is. my ankles are fucked because of that shit.

It's also the reason all of my tires are always chunked. :( You guys should check yours. haha

I have E rated Duratracs 52lbs per tire... I raped the sidwalls a few times on the lava rock with no issues at 24 psi. Wheelspin and too low of tire psi is what gets you. Super low pressure isn't always better... 24 was more than comfortable ride and still had shit loads of traction. Maybe dump more air if you are going to romp snow. but no need to go as low as 10 with duratracs...

That's probably right. I run E rated Nitto's on the Duramax and they are at 60 psi. Oddly, my military goodyears on the taco chalk out at 16 psi. I had a beadlock Oring leaking and didn't know it for about a month after I put them on. It was pulling to one side on the freeway, so I checked the pressure. The pass rear was at zero psi and I didn't notice.

This is me on that obstacle in these two pics of Marcs. I did it when I went with Cameron last time as well.

I don't think I have any good pics at the moment, but my tires look like shit from it. I have a few deep gashes that are just waiting to blow and full lugs missing from spinning my tires in that stuff. haha.

As for sharpness it just depends. There are weathered spots that are less sharp but they are still pretty sticky and there is freshly broken stuff that is probably just as sharp as your fresh stuff.

Awesome pics Marc!!!:D and you weren't kidding when you said that ledge was 3/4's of the way up my tire! haha

It was after I got up that ledge that I beat on my rig harder than I ever think I have before. haha I finally got up the damn ledge and I had 4 tires down and wasn't high-centered yet I couldn't keep moving forward so I did a lot of back up and hit it with speed tries until I made it!

haha Brady! that ledge was a good obstacle. Ha, I knew you didn't quite believe me when I said how big of a ledge that was! After you bumped over that the romp up to the top was nuts, just spinning on volcanic marbles... Been a while since i've seen anyone push a Tacoma that hard.

Also, partial to that pic of your truck. Looks really good :D
