    I liked the landscapes that you had with the cloudy skies - the wide angle gives those a neat effect, almost optical illusion.
    I'm currently shopping for a new DSLR and trying to decide which lens(es) to go with. I have a 55mm-200mm and a 18mm-70mm for my current camera and like them but can definitely see some limitations.

    oh god i know, it has been feeling like summer and i have been wearing shorts for the past 5 months, then today we had the first rain in what seems like 3 months, and its like summer just got switched off in a day. I was standing outside just 30 minutes ago with a friend getting gas and i was almost shivering thinking dam, it is actually cold now. I was able to sit on my front porch in shorts and a tee till 1am just a week ago, now im shivering by 8. but thats good, bring on the shitty weather and bring on the winter. I wanna see some snow!

    It all depends on what your goals are and of course, your budget. You can't really go wrong with canon or nikon mounts. Outside of those 2 brands, I've found it to be a bit of a crapshoot.

    Not sure what level the 2 lenses you have are but if your generally happy with them, it makes sense to build around them. Good glass is expensive. :eek:

    I think that our type of housings are seallled/glued together. Not certain of this, I've never tried what you are going to attempt.

    I don't see how there can be dust inside without there also being a lot of moisture, which would lead to obvious condensation from the heat of the halogen bulb. Hhmmm
