I just need to get on the same level of communication as everyone else. Problem is I just never used the damn CB in previous pickup and I know i'll never use this one unless i'm fucked somewhere or in a large group that's all using the same channel. The old lady has a SUV that we take out often too and we would like to have a CB in that also but building two systems for something we may never really use is just pointless.

you don't need two systems just one system and 2 antennas (one for each rig) and a portable handheld that you can swap in and out

ok. i got a little question. do you all think a 48” hi lift would be good for my truck if i put a 3” lift on? or would it be to small?

reason i’m think about a 48” is i could use it 4 wheeling with the rhino if i needed to. i know 60” would be best but thats just way to big to take on a camping trip on the rhino and atvs.

i would have now way of mounting it on the rhino. me and dad and a friend are talking about going out of state and camping and 4wheeling with rhino and the atv. could maybe use a hi lift. and the 48” is the biggest i can go on it because of lack of mounting places.

fab something up so you can mount it diagonally from the bed to the cage
either way you have to find a way to mount up a four- five foot long piece if steel

they have mounts i could by that should work with the 48” and we are going to mount the flat gas cans to the back of cage. we looking at getting a welder. and i was going to make a custom tool box to hold gear and i was wanting to mount it on top of that. right now we use a plastic container we got at bass pro for gear. but would like something better.
