So brady....been re thinking the 2nd gen diff thing...I think it could work..but with stock 2nd gen CVs and the 2nd gen diff would put me at 3.75'' over..not 3.5'' like a normal LT kit.

On top of that, since it would be stock 2nd gen CVs....not sure id be able to pull 14'' of wheel travel with it..

then again..i could run 37s no problem..so that would be fun..and with my 35s id never have to really worry as much about CVs popping and not the diff(more important).

Andy, i know you never freaking get on here any more...but i know you said you had a spare front diff...

Yea L glass would be sweet. But id like to save for a FF and then a 16-24 and 25-105 for that.

why the 24-70 and not 24-105?

fust figured you'd be looking for more versatility. But can't argure with those points.

Im sure they are both awesome haha

what you want my 60D? :p yours for a million dollars...steal compared to what i paid...:D haha

I agree thats good logic, i just want a FF for the better FOV. Even looking through that 5dMKIII witha 70mm seemed more natural..idk..

I won't get a 5d..way to much money. Id be happy with the 6D. Its about as much as your lens you want. But everyone that goes from 60D to a 6D says its miles better too.

    But nothing beats good glass.

either way...i have more pressing matters for the money to flow too then photography...sadly...well..not that sad..haha but gears, LT, Lockers...anyways..

I'll just drool over the amazing photos you take and wish i had the glass haha and Marc will be right behind you im sure haha

I agree with Ben, everyone should have some L glass! I have a 24-105, 200 prime, and 300 prime and I love them all

Not sure about 14" of travel on the CV'S... that is probably too much. I'm pulling 11" out of mine but I feel like I am pushing the limits and I know my NAPA spare probably won't handle that kind of travel... n0rth had to limit his droop some becasue his Cardones were binding.

I'm not sure i'll be right behind you Ben haha. At some point this summer/fall i hope to have a 10-22 for sure and a 400 prime not too far after.

Glad you're liking that 100-400! you like the zoom? I just cant see myself with a long lens that's a zoom.

That is really fast. Seriously, .gov hiring process is extremely slow. If we have an opening (someone moved or whatever) it is usually empty for a year before it gets filled.

I straped my super charger down at just under 200K with nothing done to the motor other than good maintence and im running URD's 2.1 pully i would love 93 octane but they stopped selling it in my town. I get away with 91 but if you dont upgrade your pully youll be fine on 91. and remember now a bottle of octane booster is now a must have in your toolbox:eek:.

This ^^ but like i said above you need to do the fuel mods and if you run a smaller pully 93 is much better if you can find it.

excited to see the end resualt in you need for rolling................ I mean speed definatly speed:p
