    i broke rule number one of off roading today :eek:

    I didnt keep all hand in the vehicle at all times!

    i tried to bumper up this freaking ledge that i still dont know if i would be able to get over. and i didnt realize how fast i would climb the wall (came at an angle so only my pass side tire was climbing) and before i know it i lifted and was at some tippy ass angle

    i would like to not have any truck flopping, you're right! thats why i want an exo cage so bad! i could fall into it, back up and try again!

    this ledge was huge when i first saw it before the first moab trip, and its still big now! dont have any good pics of it, but first off i couldnt do it straight on, maybe when im with good experienced people i could stack enough rocks to get my drivers side tire up before i fall into the wall haha.

    but ya. was kicking my self, as fast as that thing leaned, what do i expect to do to stop it from leaning into a rock wall. so hard to not want to try and save your investment though :eek::eek:

    haha well that, and the last time i saw it I had never even been off roading before, so with more experience it looked more manageable, but ill certainly need to stack more than 3 rocks and will need some good spotters.

    if i read right, there are 2 paths...and that might have been the buggy path lol!

    apparently the left side is more our rig level friendly and the right side "Hmmm, left side of 2HD=maybe. Right side= bring a trailer and recovery gear.
    Alot of folks with dual lockers, 35's plus tires, and experience have trouble on the right side.
    But, anything is possible. "

    ya dude its massive, and looking back at pics from 04 it was a lot bigger ha

    im more worried about break over angle. by the time my back tires climb im not sure if my drive shaft would be digging into the edge. would love to say ive climbed it though. that trail is serious. I need to get more cvs


    might have been reading it wrong, the right and left split might be AFTER that first ledge.

    see why i need 42s and tons? :D

    You can still work and do summer school. Just have to find jobs that do flexible hours and weekends. Plenty of people make it work
