    As soon as I went out to New Mexico, I knew I wanted to live out West haha

    I'm seriously looking into the SLC area. Would be great for my gf (accounting like you) and by the time my 6 years is up, the Air Force base may have job opportunities for me.

    Yeah, pretty much every state West of Texas is something I'll be looking into.

    I'd just prefer to stay a little South, Missouri weather in the Winter ticks me off enough as it is haha

    As for jobs, right now my only options are New Mexico, Vegas, or California with the Air Force. But, like I said, still have 4 years left and by then who knows. But that's only if I want to stay Reserve or Guard for the benefits.

    If I weren't so far from all I know (36hr) I'd love to stay here a little dry but you get closer to Bens hometown it's gorgeous!!! And just a day.drive from Yellowstone glacier the Pacific Seattle and Olympic national park etc.

    If cross training is even a thought for me then I might as well just get out. I love my current job, and honestly can't think of any other job in the Air Force that I would enjoy. Plus the pj's are nice :p

    Right now I need to just work on some extra training stuff, get certified as an instructor, and then try to push to get out to New Mexico for the last 3 years of my contract haha

    The problem with the guard is that it will he an additional restriction on top of your other job... I swear a of my drills and schools and AT's land on all of my wheeling trips and other things planned.
