Idaho BS thread in the PNW

I did most of Moab with my tires at 25 psi. I liked it being a touch higher since we weren't airing up. I just dropped it to 25 and ran most of the week like that. I did drop to 20 psi at one point but not for real long since I didn't want to over heat my tires. I'm a fatass for those poor 10" wide tires. haha

I've heard that you use the same shutter speed as the speed of the car..for a starting point anyways

 

yea so 1/30th for 30 mphish..just what i have read. Haven't got to play with it much myself though sadly.

 

maybe ill try this weekend, will have lots of camera and taco guys now haha

 

what was the aperture at?

 

I loved my expo's they flexed great and held weight extreamly well. hope who ever buys them loves them as much as I do..

It's a traxxas summit chassis it looks like

 

Yeah! I was trying to figure out how it steers. I see those shaft that connect down to the LCA, but that has to be the front shocks. So either there is a tie rod hiding behind those driveshafts or it is rear steer or pivot steers in the middle, both of which would make it weird as hell to drive.

Just did a little googling and it's an RC car I'm pretty sure. Which makes a lot more sense if you look at the motor and tires closer. haha

Yep. E-revo actually. Uses push rod suspension.

 

I thought id be into the RC thing so i bought an Emaxx and it just sits..

 

I had an Emaxx for a few years. Was super fun. Then sold it

 

I put mine up for sale just cuz i dont use it enough but i guess half of what i paid for it one year ago is asking to much. ive only charged that batteries 8 times.

 

I sold mine for more then I bought it.
