I can honestly say that I have never been pulled over because I am 1 mph over. However, I have been pulled over on several occasions when I was going 1 over but had been doing more.

Knowing you as I do, I don't think for a second that 1 over was the most you had been doing immediately prior to him noticing you.

 

I got pulled over doing 2 mph over once. But it was in a school zone on my way to school... 1st time I ever got pulled over.

 

I got pulled over for doing 25 in a 20 once

 

Being in s a school zone was the key there I'll bet.

It is the holiday weekend. More patrols out because its a party weekend. Maybe he figured he had a chance of catching you doing smoething you shouldn't be doing.

I forgot you were were in the aircraft carrier and not the rallye truck. Were you slouched down with your head leaning on the door?

25 in a 20 is badass. I do it all the time.

 

Well if we want to go that route, I got pulled over doing 75 in a 60 while passing in a no passing zone... and I have never got a ticket. Haha probably helps that I was in uniform that day.



And yes Mike, the school zone was the key there. I was adding to your point about it being more than speed.

 

Got out and played a bit today.

In my continuing efforts to explore discovery routes in Wa. I started in Easton, Wa (about half way between Seattle and Ellensburg) on I-90 and headed south on FS54. After a few dead ends, finally made it to Greenwater, Wa on Highway 410. The Mileage wasn't that much (~70 miles) but the route crosses and recrosses the Cascades and the Pacific Crest trail several times. At one point I was once again blocked by my nemesis, un-melted snow banks. Had to retrace my steps and find an alternate route. Great fun. Enjoy.

I'll bet he was just being a douche trying to catch you doing something wrong..other than doing 1mph over the limit. Which is extremely stupid IMO. I've only been pulled over once in my truck and that was when i lived in Florida. Not yet in Wyo..knock on wood. My roommate got pulled over down there right around the 4th a couple years ago and got his car searched and everything. They open the trunk of his Accord to find a bunch of grass particles from a weedeater he brought home from work earlier in the day. They looked at him like "what's this?"....uhhhh fucking grass? Bored fuckers...

holy fucking weekend. The 4th was straight out of control!!!

 

Nice i actually had a calm 4th lit of some air born stuff then just relaxed with my girl. I was kinda sore from tubing all day so i soaked it in-side-her.

Oh i forget your a bad ass that drinks it strait. doesnt matter how you drink your booze the effect is all that matters.

It was plain stupid. We had calls with unconscious drunk people that fell face first into the lake and almost drowned. I'm just glad I didn't have to respond to any of you guys! Sooooo glad it's over with... ya crazy assholes! lol

 

hahaha! I told you we would hang out!! Too bad it was because our campsite burnt the forest down.

jk, surprisingly we didnt set anything on fire. We were out by little lake payette and must have had 25? people out in our campsite that night all partying after going downtown to watch the fireworks. My truck was the party bus back from town (thanks to aleks for DDing), had 4 people in the cab and 7 in the bed Bon Fire was massive but nothing bad happened luckily.

Im sure you had an eventful weekend as well! I love mccall on the 4th, I want to do it again next year.
