    Im gonna be so glad when this semester is over. no more 19 credits and super late nights. Next two semesters will be a nice low credit coast

    I am jealous your done ben, wish i hadn't messed up classes at the beginging of school I would be done now as well.

    no the ubolts just stretch when torqued and that's why they tell you to retorque them after 500 miles. cough mark cough. any steel would streach when pulled on with ton force which is what the axle does to it. and in extreme situations I agree with changing them but 90% of the time just reuse them.

    don't know who youre getting ubolts form for 20 bucks but that doesn't sound like a quality investment. Cheapest ive been able to get a premium ubolt set for is $80

    Yea idk what you are buying for ubolts but sounds over priced by a lot. Even local grade 8 ones here are only like 30-40

    You'll kill it man. I take it next semester and everyone iI have talked to said it wasn't as bad as they had thought it would be. Granted I dont exactly have the pressure that I have to pass. Petroleum Engineers aren't required to pass it to graduate and go to work, just required if they wanna get there PE.

    Ya, I would like to pass it still just for myself, plus eventually get my PE hopefully.

    Yea I plan on buying it, I should have a lower class load next semester so I can devote some more time to it.

    Because I don't really want to do it. Haha. It's not exactly required at all for EE but some employers want it for liability type reasons I guess.

    nothing wrong with help when you don't know what you are doing. had I asked for help with my first build I would have saved hundreds but that's how I learned so to me I was buying and education.

    I didn't either. Never touch a diff in my life. Neither had my dad, he had done pumps before which were similar. But no diffs. We just did it. Hopefully nothing explodes..so far everything has been great

    Will I pull my front diff in my garage and swap that sucker in on my own? Hell no. I dont have the tools nor the experience. Why would I risk messing something like that up? Will I be doing it with someone who does have experience and proper tools? You bet. After watching and learning for a couple of them will I be doing the majority of the work? You bet.
