Idaho enhanced now does more than the standard Utah permit, as you can see by this list that specifically says "enhanced only" like Nevada, and Washington are some of my vacation spots

I'm in Boise officially, well Nampa actually, until we buy a place, then probably Boise or Meridian.
Anyhow if any of you guys are ever interested in going to the Frontsight shooting school in Pahrump, I can get you set up with some classes or memberships for ridiculously stupid cheap.

I have 2 motorcycles (street and dirt), the mountain bike, the truck, the sailboat, im going to start kayaking, rock climbing....every weekend better be packed and ill be going somewhere!

 

About a week now. I'm already going to be needing some help. Tonight I bought a 94 single cab 2wd for a daily. Its got a 22re. Got it home and noticed it was a bit chattery. Pulled the vc and sure enough driver side timing chain guide is busted. Anyone ever change the guides and chain on one of these before? I have tools and kind of a garage. I can provide refreshments and food for a helping hand. Won't be available this weekend, but will next.

 

A buddy and I rebuilt one of them once. Was a while ago and your a bit far but if you have any questions I might remneber something lol.

That's cool you're down here. I'm out of town this weekend too, going to salt lake to go boarding. But soon we will have to get together and such.

 

that was the first mode I did to my 94 only I dumped the single chain and picked up an LCE dual row chain kit with steel guides. it was a bit of work seeing how as I was still in highschool but if I could do it at 17 you can do it now. just make sure and get your timing marks right ,use permatex right stuff sealant and get all your gasket surfaces clean of any oil.

They seem to be pretty simple engines.

Is the dual row worth going to? Over another single row but with steel guides? This is just a commuter.

 

no it's not if you were going to be beating on this motor then I would say get a dual row chain otherwise the single will work fine as long as you get the steel guides.
Edit one last thing the Key way for the crank pully is a half moon it is very important that that thing stay flat when installing the pully or it will break the sealing surface of it and that isn't the most common part to find.
