I have king all 4 corners...

The OEM extended version (non clicker version but still have reservoirs) coilovers up front are awesome and have been very happy with them. The rear 12" smoothies have given me some problems... to be specific, hydrolocking problems where some nitrogen passes by the IFP in the reservoir giving me an air zone in the shock where I have no damping which = bad. I've rebuilt them a few times and they seem ok for the time being. Time will tell if all new seals for the second time did the trick.

Check into ADS shocks Robert. If my rear shocks keep giving me problems i'll be going to ADS. I have roughly 45,000 miles on my king coilovers, so yes i have experience with them.

I love the tunability and the knowledge base for tuning them. So for the ability to valve them and rebuild them is worth the extra coin for me. After a few rebuilds and valve stack setups my truck is an absolute blast to go fast in. There are a few in the Wyoming BS thread who have ridden in it and driven it, they can give you an opinion on what some proper valving can do to the ride you're after. Mine rides a little rough on the street but it is butter off road

I'm running Kings in the rear. They are pretty awesome! I wouldn't go any other way.

As for your loss of damping Marc... That sounds like the opposite of Hydrolocking. Sounds like you don't have enough oil in there.

How often do you rebuild them? I was going to go with 14" travel and 700# shocks with total chaos uca's.

I waited 35,000 miles to do my coilovers :anonymous: you should every 20k and sooner if you run them hard.

Yea Brady idk, I've tried a few things including different IFP depths which allows more or less oil depending on depth you set in the resi. I've tried to do the rebuilds by the book too! We'll see how long this rebuild goes...

Hola! I heard my name. Rob, Marc is running same rear relocation kit and shocks as me in back. So far my new kit is way better ride than my old setup. Very smooth, and of course more down travel. I also did the ATO Shackle flip and XJ 5" shackles at the same time

Did DSM build your shocks initially? They set up mine exactly for the relocation and expo springs. I had icon 2.5's before and they were rough.
