So I've heard. Are you going to rent a place in Boise or are you looking to buy around there?

Got a place picked out yet? My wife and I have browsed around some hoping to find a house out of the city somewhere, but haven't had a ton of luck.

We've been looking on both those sites as well. As long as whatever job I find there doesn't undercut me bad on pay, then we could probably do $1000/month, maybe higher (like $1200-$1300) if they will let us have dogs.

 

That is about are price range. I seen alot of place that are dog friendly but require more on the deposit.

 

Yeah. The issue we have is that we don't currently have said dog(s) so it would be a new puppy and most places don't allow that even though they say dog friendly...

I had the hardest time finding a place that would rent to us (I have a "restricted" breed aka German Shepherd) most property management companies won't rent to someone with large breed dogs. Anyways. I found an awesome management group that finally would work with us having a 7mo old German Shepherd. Check out Capital Group Co Boise. They have some affordable rental houses/appartments.

Not if I get a job at Micron. If I can find a job here in Idaho Falls or Pocatello, we won't have to worry about finding another place to rent though. We can just start looking for a house to buy.

 

right well get on that boy.. though I was thinking we need to plan a wheeling trip to go to boise and wheel up there with mark.

Has anyone ever used M&m custom powder coating in Garden City?

 

Out rental is through American homes4rent. Decent little place for fairly cheap. I was skeptical of a big property management place but they have been pretty good so far. We have a small dog and big dog and they were each $150 each.

 

We needed the car anyways and the financing happened to come through the day before her birthday haha
