Well, according to what he posted in another thread, the DC is the exact same fit in the 2016 compared to the 2nd gen. Sooooooo.... I would assume the AC would be the same. But the 3rd gen has had a lot of small adjustments here and there. Some 2nd gen parts fit perfect on one 2016 model, but don't fit another... Fortunately, the bed is exactly the same size and I was able to get the bed mat and softopper without any issues!

Been a busy man lately, but I figured I better get a start on my SAC. Keeping it all Yota on the truck. Got ahold of a 81 yota axle for cheap. Hoping to come across an fj80 High pinion third.

Nice, I have a HP FZJ80 third (no locker) if you're interested I'm using 80 outers and Toy 9.5 third for my axle.

Maybe he thought they were Lectroids.

Some times ex-military guys have trouble re-adjusting to civilian society after being put in super high-stress situations. IIRC, this guy was decorated wasn't he?

In the news article above it lists these 3 awards. "receiving several military awards including a Good Conduct Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and a National Defense Service Medal. "

Everyone who enlists gets the last one and you get the other 2 just for deploying. So he did a deployment, but nothing that I would call decorated.

You get a GCM for every three years of service if you don't get in trouble. I have ten years of active duty and two reserves, but only one good conduct medal (got married). :D

This dude had a degree in Biochemistry...what if he's right and we have been invaded my an alien race?

I forget it's an active duty thing (I'm in the Guard). We all got ours on our deployment.

I hate when you are looking through classified ads and find a good estate sale on craigslist only to find out it was last weekend~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you cant find out much info about it other than the estate sale has been going on for a while....but it doesnt say anything about future sales:mad:
