    I just took my fishing gear down to my trailer, and in the next couple weeks, I plan to rip a few lips around Hatrock and Hermiston areas in OR. I've been away from fishing for too long now.

    well we got to fish Dworshak yesterday, my wife caught a 3lb 11oz smallie...her biggest yet. and a few other little ones, I caught a 15" and few little ones, they were being a little finiky but at least we caught some. The water is way down right now, Im talking about 30 or more feet.

    I cant remember how many mine took to quit hanging up but I dont remember having any FTF or FTE after it got some wear on it.

    It's actually half assed zip tied on since I managed to snap it off when I changed out my headlights. LOL.

    I've heard from reputable sources that by taking those pieces out it reduces rear diff temp and improves radio reception.

    A less reputable source claims it also makes the seats more comfortable. :notsure:

    People actually drive around without them? Im way too much of a perfectionist to take them off. Seems like they are notorious for falling off though if people have made those claims ;)

    nice, I didnt think Idaho had that kind of brush/trees, but maybe in the furthest south by Nevada
