I wish TW was around when I was stationed down there;) I was too busy most times anyhow...I do want to get some whistle pig hunting next spring.

    So, we found the canyon.

The trail off Poison Creek Rd. was pretty rough with deepish sand and part of the way it was in the Creek bed. There were lots of high articulation spots, a couple of two foot banks and an 18 drop off. Was all loose sand and rock. It was fun and the truck did well.

Yeah, we went up through the canyon and climbed out on top and explored the area a little bit. Someone left a good supply of fire wood and we started a fire for lunch and ended up chilling there the rest of the afternoon. The other side of the creeks valley across from the canyon looked similar. Wanted to go explore it, but the kids were having fun in the canyon and the wife was happy to stay by the fire .

On the 25th there is a Christmas tree run starting in Clarkston, Washington. They are headed up to the Blues to play in the snow and get christmas trees. It would be cool if anyone around would be down to go with me haha

Sorry Ben! We are making a family Christmas tree run this Saturday. I appreciate the invite :)

Speaking of Christmas, someone wants a light bar. Any brand suggestions? I know Cree LED'S are the way to go. I'm eyeing the Rough Country brand.

    Thanks!

Check the Cali Raised site- I have the ditch lights and for the $$ I am very happy with them. CBI off road is having discounts this week.

Thanks guys. I'm looking for a 52" for the ram, since it's the off road trail beater. I'll probably get pods for the Taco too.

Wow that's beautiful Ben! Good job. I love woodworking / refinishing furniture, it's very satisfying work.

I'm just waiting for the day I can have a place to call my own and a garage. Oh and maybe not have to park under a pine tree

There's nowhere else to park. Thankfully since it's been colder it doesn't ooze anymore, lol.

nice! I wanted to build one like that also but I ended up using the wood for something else. I still might try to make one of those tables at a later date. heres some urethane that you might like.
