This morning. Spent a couple hours in the ER. I'm so thankful there wasn't oncoming traffic.

Dang it was smooth sailing down in the valley. Yesterday was sketchier with black ice, you got real unlucky and lucky at the same time.

This wasn't caused by road conditions.. Impatient, uninsured driver in an unregistered car. Don't want to say too much.. yet.

Favorite Toyota dealers close? (Within 500 miles). I refuse to purchase from Peterson. I'm aware of Edmark & Steve's Hometown in Ontario. I bought the inferno from Pullman Toyota, would prefer not to drive north though.

I actually like Peterson FWIW and I have a 4Runner allocation through them right now. I think Edmark is slimey, same with Wills in Twin. They were charging ADM on most vehicles for a while. Ive purchased a truck at Rogers in Lewiston and it was a pretty great experience.

Im also selling a used 2021 TRD OR with 19k on the ODO...

Peterson was good to buy from but awful for service. Left my lease out in front with the keys in it for a few hours before I picked it up. Service desk people made me feel like i was an inconvenience to them. Noel at edmark always took great care of me for service so we never returned to Peterson for service. The two cars we bought there though was friendly and easy.

My family has always been a fan of Wills out of twin, my moms radiator cracked here in boise this summer and it ended up being cheaper and faster to tow it to Wills and have Wills fix it then get it fixed at Peterson or Edmark. Glad your sticking with Toyota.

It will probably come down to who has what I want. I just rather support good people than slimy salesmen. Crossing my fingers for a Lunar Rock OR or Sport. Really I don't need everything that the OR has but if it's a better ride quality :notsure:

I'd imagine that you could put Fox's on all 4 corners for less than the difference between sport and offroad.

If you think you’ll ever want to off-road it I’d get the OR with the locking rear diff but if your just looking for an on road I think the sport is going to be better. If I remember the sport is more road oriented then the OR is off road oriented.

Sport & OR price difference was less than $1,000. I went ahead and put a deposit down today on an OR.

Debating on just pulling the trigger and adding a 3" lift out of the gate. I'm definitely buying the bronze sema 17" wheels. Which leads me to ask, if I buy the wheels and put 265/70 tires on them (should fit without a lift) will those tires look ok WITH the 3" lift?

That's not near the difference I thought they'd be.

Lift doesn't clear bigger tires. Maybe if it's never going to cycle the suspension it will but a tire should clear at full bump which a lift will not effect unless you're talking drop bracket or body lifts.

That makes a lot of sense. I'm not sure why I thought differently. Lol

I'm now undecided on the wheels. I want a true bronze color and after seeing some pics of the TRD bronze wheels on Lunar Rock I'm not in love with it.

Clearly you don’t have a big enough lift with minimal travel. If I lift my truck with straight steel bars instead of springs I can clear monster truck tires and all suspension travel will just be in the tires. :D

    Which ones? 16s or 17s 265/70r16= ~31" diameter. 265/70r17= ~32" diameter.

"SEMA" wheels were only made as 17s. Having run the 275/70/17 on a third gen sans lift I can confirm they fit fine. Only rubbed while backing into the driveway at the front corners but was so minor you barely could tell it was happening.
