so i have read every forum thread on the internet about bilstein 5100s and having the boot up or down and its pretty much an even split. so what is better? should i have the boot up or down?

 

up so the shaft doesn't get nailed with rocks n shit while wheeling and dirt won't build up as fast on them... I'm anal though and spray down my under carriage every week

 

but else where i read that the shaft can take more damage than the body so you want the body tucked up more and protected. as of now i have the boot up, just wondering if i should change it.

think the guys at the tire shop will care or say anything when they see my sway bar isnt on?

 

they won't say anything at all. I guess do one up and one down. and see which lasts longer...
