    No you are right Monte! I hit a speed bump last week at 30MPH and hit my tires on the top of my fender. It's time this mall crawler gets something stronger. Problem is just figuring out what's best without going to OME 886... Every one has them and they ride ok but I want it to ride a little better then that. I'm selling the current lift (sorta new) and going to do it right this time! :D

    I've learned from experience that the factory alignment specs (the green) is way too wide.

    If you are lucky enough to get a good, experienced tech, it doesn't matter. They will get the toe to 0 degrees or slightly under. They will get the camber to 0 degrees and then do the best they can with caster. On your setup caster will likely somewhere between 1 and 1.5 degrees. Not optimal but with as much lift as you have and still using stock UCAs you can't expect any better.

    However, if you are unlucky and get an inexperienced tech (or one who is pissed off at his employer and doesn't take pride in his work) you may not get optimal settings.

    If you do not get a print out with the exact setting it was set to, and when you are not particularly happy with the way your truck drives, you will have absolutely no way of determining why.

    i don't think so man. I bet the 700lb coils will be perfect really..thats a lot of weight up front. I mean i am thinking of getting Fox 700lb coil overs next..

    and yes..stupid pricey. Just keep your eyes pealed for some used ones! The great thing about them is you can rebuild them! Im trying to find a cheapish set of 2.5s..
