just make sure it's a right fit otherwise the lights will bounce and that's super annoying and bad for your eyes

Good point. I think i have every picture ever of a folding or retractable light rack that has been put on a taco, and some 4 runners and xterras and jeeps. Theres a few different ways but none look as clean as I am trying to make it.

if Monte would hurry his shit and build his rack I could just copy it and build one of those and call it a day lol. But my lights would still be able to fold down on it.

so yes the car i posted is just a cayman s with a body kit.

 

once you see how i build it, you'll see it'll be very easy to modify to do your flippy lights thing. I think it'll be challenging to make it super clean tho.

Ill try to go round tube to keep it a little cleaner. 3 bars along the bed, support bar in the middle (removable to fit things). I just dont wanna start till I know I cant buy a rtt. i plan on doing alot of camping this summer or next.

why im getting the RTT. I just know ill use the piss outa it once i have it. It'll just be so easy to go camping with one.

 

remember monte when you cut the tube it becomes longer and won't match up right unless you cut the same angle on the part your welding to

 

no kidding. you see them, and look in awe because they are marvels of engineering...but I dont really care lol! It just an unattainable piece or art work vs a fun car.

well yea..thats why i had a supra..was a pretty simple car to make it a really fun street car. If ya wrecked it..so what. lol i plan on having another one day...when i have a real job lol
