yea i just don't like the look of them all suck super in the wells..

BORA makes like .75 and 1'' spacers. Thats what id get just to push em out a bit.

im not saying drasitc like how mine are. Just a bit. Not even past the fenders but more like close to even with them.

I thought the width was fine before and i'm not even losing half an inch. I wanted the taller tires but i didnt want to go wider and have to deal with rubbing issues.

Oh and adam said the km2 bandwagon not the 255 bandwagon. Haha.

To a point anyway. Obviously going a lot wider means you have less traction because your weight is spread out over too much area, but if you don't go wide enough you won't have enough area on the driving surface to maintain grip. So it can be a trade off. I imagine that as long as you dont go to an extreme either way you will be fine, especially since every obstacle will have different ideal sizes.

And one that has gone on for decades I'm sure. My physics teacher in highschool had an older jeep and went down to Moab a lot and he gave a big speal about the tire width thing.

They told me there would be a long wait when i got here...

Oh and do you have a procedurr for this experiment to get conclusive data? Haha. If you plan on just seeing who does better on the trails, i just dont see that being viable because of how many other factors are involved:D

My reasoning a lighter footprint does better in loose terrain such as sand and snow.

    Really a 235 50 16 is the same as a 32:confused:

even when you air down your tires don't gain much width but the footprint does get longer which increases your traction and prevents you from digging in.

it depends now what kind of trail we're going to be on I'll run 2wd most of the time until 4x4 is needed to save some gas
