    But those 4runners are great machines man! Since you like the shorter wheel base you will love them! They even gave them the upper hand on that ledge i got stuck on. They really impressed me, great flex out back plus that locker is heavenly.


    one of the guys i was with said that with very very minimal grinding you can get a locking 3rd into the non locking rear end...any truth??

    we knew that, but the 4r is a good family hauler
    it looks like a whole lot more cutting than I want to do. god dammit. I can safley say that I am F-U-C-K-E-D and that a locker is not happening. Swapping in a new axle requires regearing to be done, modifying the old one is too much cutting, and an arb is too much cash...looks like ill never be locked
