    a while back i was there with my family and we caused a huge blockage like that lol. My dad spotted a black bear way up the side of this hill while he was driving so we pulled over to look at it and before we knew it there were at least 10 cars on each side of the road just stopped all looking at it. it was hilarious after we realized what we had caused

    I was thinking of a PA system :eek: I could reach more people that way. The rangers have them so... :notsure:

    I do that all the time....on purpose! When traffic starts to back up I pull over, jump out of the truck with my camera and pretend to take pictures of something...anything....then someone stops and asks what is going on. Tell them its a wolf or a bear and they don't question it even if its nothing. Before you know it there is a dozen cars stopped and mass confusion ensues. Then I get back in the truck and drive off...and have the road to myself. :cool:

    I just have a problem with people who think its OK to stop ON the road...its still a highway, traffic laws still exist and you need to obey them. You want to stop? Then pull over! :rant: Sorry....I'll stop now....

    After so many trips down there I started to notice a trend that the tourists would stop for any and every opportunity for a photo op and I use it to my advantage. Does that make me a bad person?
