    Compressor trail outside of Mullan, ID

    These are some comments about it:

    This trail is fun, but its a cakewalk. Last time we went, a guy in a SAS Tacoma with front locker only made it all the way up. There are some difficult lines for options. Its pretty much follow the stream up to the old mine tailings pile.

    Basically you can make it as hard or easy as you want. But it is way harder at the beginning of the season. I've made it up it in as little as 2 hours and as long as 8 hours and not even making it all the way. It depends on the day and the people you're with.

    I have a pair of brand new Bilstein 5100's that are the 9.25" travel version that I'm trying to get rid of. I put them on my truck last night and they are too short for what I need. I'll sell them for 140. I'm in the Sun Valley area.

    Good effort Lisa, but I already know what is required for the taco. I've changed the diff fluid a couple times and the diffs once. I'm trying to.figure it out for.my car.

    Got to boot kits at oreillys for $10 each though:)

    The guy had no idea about the diff oil. haha. The computer said 75W-85W and he was really confused when he couldn't find it on the shelf. haha. If he has told me that number in the first place I could have told him it doesn't exist. I'm guessing it means it can run 75W, 80W, or 85W. Hopefully. haha i got 80W-90 cuz it was the cheapest.

    thats way to heavy for that. but let me give you a hint. lean the car so all the oil goes to the other side and you shouldnt loose any. since you have to jack up that side anyways.

    I put them on last night and realized they would be too short for what I needed but I had to leave them on so I had shocks until my new ones get here. Not even ten miles on them.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.

    Take them off now. You'll just over extend them which will damage the seals. Keep some weight in the back of the truck and if you stay off the high way you will be fine. I ran the rear with no shocks for a little over a week while i waited for my 10'' 5150s to come.

    Those have the stem top, like there for 2nd gens. How are you mounting them?

    They aren't overextended. They just aren't going to be long enough for when I get my shackles. And I haven't even left the parking lot with them on haha.

    They are the right style for the first gen. They don't have the stem top.
