    Yeah it's reading miles. After looking at some more vin decoding sites, It was made in the Toyota plant in Fremont, CA. haha That Vin decoder is on crack or something. None of them will pull a date though... I don't think toyota puts manufacture dates in their vins or at least not anymore.
